DESCRIPTION

· The DS1847 is a dual temperature-controlled nonvolatile variable resistor with two 256-position linear resistors.

· It includes a direct-to-digital temperature sensor and operates via a 2-wire serial interface.

· Resistor settings are stored in EEPROM and can be adjusted every 2°C over a range of -40°C to +95°C.

FEATURES

· Available in two models: DS1847-050 (one 10kΩ and one 50kΩ resistor) and DS1847-010 (two 10kΩ resistors).

· Operates from 3V or 5V power supplies.

· Packaged in 14-pin TSSOP or 16-ball CSBGA formats.

· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +95°C; programming temperature range: 0°C to +70°C.
