DESCRIPTION

· The ISL84051, ISL84052, and ISL84053 are precision, bidirectional analog switches.

· ISL84051: 8-Channel multiplexer/demultiplexer.

· ISL84052: Dual differential 4-Channel multiplexer/demultiplexer.

· ISL84053: Triple single pole/double throw (SPDT) switch.

· Operates from a single +2V to +12V or dual ±2V to ±6V supply.

· Features an inhibit pin to open all signal paths simultaneously.

· ON-resistance: 60Ω (±5V), 125Ω (+5V).

· Off-leakage current: 5nA at +85°C (±5V).

· TTL/CMOS logic compatible with 0.8V to 2.4V thresholds.

· Drop-in replacements for MAX4051/MAX4051A, MAX4052/MAX4052A, MAX4053/MAX4053A.

· Pin compatible with MAX4581, MAX4582, MAX4583, and 74HC4051, 74HC4052, 74HC4053.

· Max ON-Resistance: 100Ω (±5V), 225Ω (+5V).

· ON-Resistance matching between channels: <6Ω.

· Low charge injection: 2pC.

· Fast switching: tON 90ns, tOFF 60ns (+5V).

· Break-Before-Make functionality.
