DESCRIPTION

· The M09001 is a highly integrated, high-efficiency driver and power management IC for LCoS/TI DLP® displays.

· It features three SPI or I2C programmable 1.2A LED/laser drivers with a >90% efficient buck-boost converter.

· It includes power management functionalities and high voltage generators for DMD and LCoS panels.

· Operates from a single Li-Ion cell or 5V adapter.
