DESCRIPTION

· The MAX5417/MAX5418/MAX5419 are nonvolatile, linear-taper digital potentiometers with a 2-wire digital interface.

· They replace mechanical potentiometers, offering 256 tap points and internal EEPROM for wiper position storage.

· These devices support fast-mode I2C communication up to 400kbps and are available in 50kΩ, 100kΩ, and 200kΩ variants.

· They operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and come in a compact 3mm x 3mm 8-pin TDFN package.

FEATURES

· Power-on recall of wiper position from nonvolatile memory.

· 35ppm/°C end-to-end and 5ppm/°C ratiometric temperature coefficient.
