DESCRIPTION

· The MAX5471/MAX5472/MAX5474/MAX5475 are linear-taper digital potentiometers with a 3-wire up/down digital interface.

· They feature nonvolatile memory (EEPROM) to store and recall wiper positions upon power-up.

· Available in 6-pin and 8-pin SOT23 packages with end-to-end resistances of 50kΩ and 100kΩ.

· Operate from a single +2.7V to +5.25V supply and are guaranteed over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

FEATURES

· Wiper position stored in nonvolatile memory.

· 32 tap positions with a low ratiometric temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C.

· Voltage-divider or variable-resistor potentiometer configuration.

· 1µA (max) static supply current and 200,000 wiper store cycles.
