DESCRIPTION

· The MAX7321 is a 2-wire serial-interfaced peripheral with eight open-drain I/O ports, featuring selectable internal pullups and transition detection.

· Ports are overvoltage protected to +6V and can be used as logic inputs or open-drain outputs.

· The device includes an interrupt output that latches state changes, which are cleared upon serial interface access.

· It supports 16 I2C slave addresses via two address inputs with four-level logic.

· Available in 16-pin QSOP and TQFN packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.
