DESCRIPTION

· The SX1501, SX1502, and SX1503 are ultra-low voltage GPIO expanders for low-power handheld devices.

· They expand I/O via a standard I2C interface, suitable for microcontrollers with insufficient I/O ports.

· These devices can also function as level shifters for components operating at different voltage levels.

· Core operates at 1.2V, with I/O banks independently operable between 1.2V and 5.5V.

· Each GPIO is programmable via 8-bit configuration registers, supporting 4, 8, or 16 GPIOs.

· Available in QFN-UT-20/28 and TSSOP-20/28 packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
