DESCRIPTION

· The SX1504, SX1505, and SX1506 are GPIO expanders for low-power handheld devices.

· They expand I/O via a standard I2C interface, useful for microcontrollers with limited I/O ports.

· These devices can also function as level shifters for different voltage components.

· Core operates at 2.5V, while I/O banks operate between 2.5V and 5.5V independently.

· Each GPIO is programmable via 8-bit configuration registers.

· They offer programmable logic functions, reducing the need for external logic gates.

· Available in QFN-UT-20/28 packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
