DESCRIPTION

· The SX1504, SX1505, and SX1506 are GPIO expanders for low-power handheld devices.

· They expand I/O via an I2C interface, useful for microcontrollers with limited I/O ports.

· These devices can also function as level shifters for different voltage components.

· They operate with a core voltage as low as 2.5V and I/O banks between 2.5V and 5.5V.

· Each GPIO is configurable through 8-bit registers, supporting up to 16 GPIOs.

· They include programmable logic functions to reduce external logic needs.

· They support mask-programmable interrupts and come in QFN-UT-20/28 packages.
