DESCRIPTION

· The DTC114EET1/DDTC114EET1 series is a Bias Resistor Transistor (BRT) designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network.

· It integrates a single NPN silicon transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors, eliminating the need for separate components.

· The device is housed in the SC-75/SOT-416 package, suitable for low-power surface mount applications.
