DESCRIPTION
· The IS31FL3733A is a 12×16 LED matrix driver with a 1/12 cycle rate, programmable via I2C interface.
· Features 3 Auto Breathing Modes (ABM-1, ABM-2, ABM-3) with configurable timing and loop characteristics.
· Each LED can be individually dimmed with 8-bit PWM, offering 256 steps of linear dimming.
· Detects and stores LED open/short states in Open-Short Registers, accessible via I2C.
· Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V, with low shutdown and operational current.
· Available in QFN-48 and eTQFP-48 packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.
FEATURES
· Supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
· 16 current source outputs for row control, 12 switch current inputs for column scan.
· Supports up to 192 LEDs (12×16) in dot matrix, programmable with de-ghost function.
· 1MHz I2C-compatible interface, selectable 3 Auto Breath Modes per LED.
· Auto Breath Loop features interrupt pin to inform MCU of completion.
· 7.4kHz/25kHz PWM frequency option, 256 steps Global Current Setting.
· Individual on/off control, 256 PWM control steps, Auto Breath Mode select.
· Individual open and short error detection, cascade for chip synchronization.
· Available in QFN-48 (6mm×6mm) and eTQFP-48 packages.
