DESCRIPTION

· The MIC2287 is a 1.2MHz PWM boost-switching regulator optimized for constant-current white LED driver applications.

· It can drive up to 8 white LEDs in series with a maximum output voltage of 34V and switch current over 500mA.

· The device features a constant frequency PWM control scheme, reducing noise and input ripple.

· It offers 3 levels of overvoltage protection (15V, 24V, 34V) and is available in Thin SOT-23 and 2mm × 2mm MLF™ packages.
