DESCRIPTION

· IS31FL3800 is an ultra-low power, fully integrated 18x4 matrix LED driver with a touch key controller.
· It features an easy-to-use GUI for touch key tuning and GPIO configuration.
· Requires a host MCU with an I2C master for status polling and LED driver control.
· Each LED can be individually dimmed with 8-bit PWM and 8-bit DC scaling data.
· Includes open/short detection for each LED.
· Integrated eleven-channel capacitive touch controller with on-chip calibration logic.
· Features a 400kHz I²C slave controller with programmable slave addresses.
· Available in QFN-60 package, operating from 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C to +105°C.
