DESCRIPTION
· The IS32LT3957A is a current mode PWM controller for driving external NMOS FETs in high LED current applications.
· It supports wide input/output voltage ranges and high-side current sensing for flexibility in boost or buck-boost configurations.
· Operates at 100kHz~1MHz, enabling small external components and high efficiency.
· Features spread spectrum dithering for EMI optimization.
· Integrates fault detection for open/short outputs, RT/SYNC pin shorts, VDD shorts, UVLO, and over-temperature conditions.
· Supports analog and PWM dimming with easy MCU interfacing.
· Available in eTSSOP-16 package with enhanced thermal dissipation.
· Operates from 5V to 75V across -40°C to +125°C.
