DESCRIPTION

· The ISL62381, ISL62382, ISL62383, ISL62381C, ISL62382C, and ISL62383C are high-efficiency controllers designed for notebook computers.
· They generate supply voltages for battery-powered systems with two PWM controllers and two linear regulators.
· The ISL62383 and ISL62383C lack the LDO3 linear regulator.
· Channel 2 switching regulator can automatically take over the LDO5 load when programmed to 5V output.
· These controllers include power-up sequencing, power-good outputs, digital soft-start, and internal soft-stop output discharge.
· They operate over an extended temperature range of -10°C to +100°C.
