DESCRIPTION
· KTD3137 is a high-efficiency step-up 3-channel LED driver designed for medium to large LCD panels.
· It operates with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, suitable for 1-cell lithium-ion batteries or 5V supply.
· The device integrates a high-voltage power NMOS and three current sinks, supporting up to 8 LEDs per string.
· It features I2C/PWM dual dimming control, programmable current sink ramp time, and selectable boost converter switching frequency.
· KTD3137 includes various protection features such as LED open/short protection, cycle-by-cycle inductor current limit, and thermal shutdown.
· Available in 12-ball WLCSP or 16-lead Thin-QFN packages.
FEATURES
· Wide input range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
· High efficiency step-up 3-channel LED driver.
· Up to 29.8mA/Ch in backlight mode and 59.6mA/Ch in flash mode.
· Current matching: ±0.6% at 20.2mA; current accuracy: ±1.5% at 20.2mA.
· I2C/PWM dual dimming control with programmable transition ramp time.
· Selectable boost converter switching frequency: 1MHz or 500kHz with 20% shift up option.
· Programmable OVP (25.9V/32V) and current limit (2.6A/1.8A).
· LED open/short protection and status reporting via I2C interface.
