DESCRIPTION

· The LYTSwitch-0 family is designed for low-cost LED bulb replacement applications.

· It integrates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, ON/OFF control, high-voltage switched current source, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown into a monolithic IC.

· Start-up and operating power are derived directly from the DRAIN pin, eliminating the need for a bias supply.

· Supports flyback, buck, buck-boost, and boost architectures with an input voltage range of 85 VAC to 308 VAC.
