· Designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network, integrating a transistor with two resistors into one device.
· Housed in the SOT-23 package, ideal for low power surface mount applications.

· The SOT-23 package supports wave or reflow soldering, with modified gull-winged leads to absorb thermal stress.
