DESCRIPTION
· The NJU6048 is a high-efficiency white LED driver with a step-up DC/DC converter and output driver.
· It can output up to 18V and drive up to 4 white LEDs in series with a constant current for uniform brightness.
· Operates at a low voltage of 1.7V and comes in a compact SOT-23 (MTP-5) package.
FEATURES
· Drives up to 4 white LEDs in series with a typical output current of 20mA.
· Uses small inductors and capacitors, suitable for space-conscious applications.
· Operating voltage range: 1.7V to 6.5V for step-up circuits.
· Low switch RDS(ON) of 0.8Ω at VSW = 18V and ISW = 150mA.
· Includes OVP (Over Voltage Protection) function and is built using CMOS technology.
