DESCRIPTION
· The S-8813 Series is a PFM control charge pump DC-DC converter with a built-in constant-current circuit, developed using CMOS technology.
· It features three output channels, capable of driving three LEDs, and is available in variable voltage and variable current setting resistance types.
· Utilizes small ceramic capacitors for external components, aiding in device miniaturization.
FEATURES
· PFM control CMOS charge pump with a built-in constant-current circuit.
· Operates with a power supply voltage from 2.7 V to 4.5 V.
· Output current adjustable between 5.0 mA and 18 mA.
· Offers terminal output current matching up to 1% max and includes a built-in soft start circuit of 1.5 ms typ.
· Provides three constant current output pins with 5% accuracy and an oscillation frequency of 600 kHz typ.
· Includes an ON/OFF function with a standby current of 1 µA max.
APPLICATIONS
· Power supply for white LED display backlights.
· Constant-current circuit for cellular phones and PDAs using 1-cell lithium batteries.
· Power supply for flat panel displays.
