DESCRIPTION
· The THL3504 is a 24-channel constant current LED driver with an LVDS interface.
· It features an embedded oscillator and PWM controller for individual 256-step brightness control per channel.
· The device supports high-speed, long-distance transmission via a 2-pair LVDS serial interface, with options for cascaded and multidrop connections.
FEATURES
· Driver Part: 24 channels with up to 40mA/ch output sink current and up to 40V output voltage.
· Serial Interface: Supports 2-pair LVDS or 3-wire CMOS input up to 10Mbps, includes bridge and repeater functions.
· Protection: Includes UVLO, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
· Supply Voltage: Operates from 3.0V to 5.5V.
· Package: Available in QFN 48-pin exposed pad.
