DESCRIPTION

· The TJ9910A is a high-efficiency PWM LED driver control IC designed for high-brightness LEDs.

· It operates efficiently with input voltages ranging from 10VDC to 600VDC.

· Controls an external MOSFET at fixed switching frequencies up to 120 kHz, programmable via a single resistor.

· Drives LED strings at a constant current for consistent light output and enhanced reliability.

· Output current is programmable from a few milliamps to over 1.0A.

· Features a rugged high-voltage junction isolated process, capable of withstanding input voltage surges up to 600V.

· Supports linear and low-frequency PWM dimming, accepting external control signals with a duty ratio of 0-100% and frequencies up to a few kHz.
