DESCRIPTION

· The TS3000B3A digital temperature sensor offers up to ±0.5°C accuracy, targeting applications requiring precise temperature readout.

· Compliant with JEDEC JC42.4, it features user-programmable registers for setting temperature limits and hysteresis.

· Utilizes an open-drain Event pin for temperature event communication, configurable as active-low/high or interrupt output.

· Supports I2C/SMBus interface, enabling control of up to eight devices on the bus.
