DESCRIPTION

· The A6276 is a BiCMOS device designed for LED-display applications.
· It includes a 16-bit CMOS shift register, data latches, and 16 NPN constant-current sink drivers.
· Compatible with microprocessor-based systems, it supports serial data-input rates up to 20 MHz.
· LED drive current is set by a user-selected resistor.
· Features a CMOS serial data output for cascaded connections.
· All output drivers can be disabled for inter-digit blanking.
· Available in DIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages, all lead-free.
