DESCRIPTION

· The AAT1271 is a high-efficiency, 1.5A step-up current regulator designed for LED photo flash applications in single-cell Li-ion powered products.
· It utilizes a 2MHz fixed-frequency PWM for internal high-side and low-side switch transistors, enabling the use of small inductors and capacitors.
· Features Skyworks' AS2Cwire™ serial digital interface for enabling, disabling, configuring, and programming operations.
· Includes Flash Enable and Flash Inhibit inputs for controlling flash operations and managing high battery demand.
· Supports one or two LEDs with matched output current and includes thermal management and inrush current protection.
· Available in a 14-pin 3x3mm TDFN package with a shutdown feature reducing quiescent current to less than 1.0 μA.

· Shutdown current less than 1.0 μA.
· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.
