DESCRIPTION

· The AAT2822-AAT2825 family provides integrated panel power solutions for TFT-LCD displays.

· Includes a triple-output DC-DC converter, LED backlight driver, and VCOM buffer in a 4mm x 4mm TQFN package.

· Features a 1.3MHz DC-DC boost converter with up to 93% efficiency, generating up to 14.5V for charge pumps.

· Independent regulation of positive (VGH) and negative (VGL) outputs up to ±30V.

· High-efficiency backlight driver supports up to 28V, ideal for driving up to 39 white LEDs.

· PWM-controlled LED brightness up to 1kHz, with filtered PWM support for higher frequencies.

· High slew rate operational amplifier for VCOM buffering and gain adjustment.

· Ensures proper panel startup with sequenced power supplies.

· Operates over -40°C to +85°C in a Pb-free, 24-pin TQFN package.

· Positive Output (VGH): Adjustable up to 30V at 20mA with ±3% accuracy.

· Negative Output (VGL): Adjustable down to -30V at 20mA with ±3% accuracy.

· WLED Driver: 2.5V to 25V input, supports up to 28V at 50mA, constant LED current with 6% accuracy.

· VCOM Buffer: 13V/µs slew rate, 12MHz bandwidth, ±75mA short-circuit current, 1.5mA quiescent current.

· Protection: Integrated soft start, short-circuit, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection.
