DESCRIPTION

· DAC1653D and DAC1658D are high-speed, 16-bit dual channel DACs.
· Supports sample rates up to 2 Gsps with selectable x2, x4, and x8 interpolation.
· Features a JESD204B interface running up to 10 Gbps.
· Includes an optional on-chip digital modulator for I/Q pattern conversion.
· Available in VFQFP-N 56 package (8 mm x 8 mm).

· JESD204B compliant with deterministic latency and skew compensation.
· Supports Multiple Device Synchronization (MDS) for phase coherence.
· Internal regulator adjusts full-scale output current (10 mA to 30 mA).
· Includes 13-bit phase adjustment, 12-bit digital gain, and 16-bit digital offset.
· Harmonic clocking support reduces system-level clock challenges.
