DESCRIPTION

· The EL5000A is a high-voltage TFT-LCD logic driver with a +40V and -30V output swing capability.
· It is manufactured using Intersil's proprietary monolithic high-voltage bipolar process.
· Capable of delivering 100mA output peak current into a 5nF capacitive load.
· Operates on a 3.3V logic supply and high-voltage -30V to +40V output supplies.
· Available in a 16 Ld TSSOP package.
· Specified for operation over the -20°C to +85°C extended temperature range.
