DESCRIPTION

· The ISL59448 is a triple channel 2:1 multiplexer with integrated buffers, fixed gain of 2, high slew-rate, and excellent bandwidth for video switching.

· It features a three-state output (HIZ) for connecting multiple devices, a power-down mode (ENABLE) reducing consumption to 14mW, and a latch enable function (LE) for independent logic control.

FEATURES

· 500MHz bandwidth and ±1600 V/µs slew rate.

· High impedance buffered inputs and internally set gain-of-2.

· High speed three-state outputs (HIZ) and power-down mode (ENABLE).

· Latch enable, ±5V operation, and supply current of 11mA/ch.

· Pb-free plus anneal available (RoHS compliant).
