DESCRIPTION

· The L6728AH is a single-phase step-down controller with integrated high-current drivers, designed for general DC-DC converters.

· It operates with a power input as low as 1.5 V and a supply voltage range from 5 V to 12 V.

· Features a 0.8 V internal reference for output voltage regulation with ±0.8% accuracy.

· Includes a fixed 600 kHz oscillator and supports sensorless over-current protection across low-side RDS(on).

· Comes in a compact VFDFPN 10 package.
