DESCRIPTION

· The NCA9535-Q100 is a 16-bit GPIO expander for I²C-bus/SMBus applications.

· It operates at a voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V with interrupt capability.

· The device includes 8-bit input, output, configuration, and polarity inversion registers.

· All IOs default to inputs at power-up and can be configured as inputs or outputs.

· It features an open-drain interrupt output activated by GPIO state changes.

· The device supports up to eight devices on the same I²C-bus/SMBus via address pins A0, A1, and A2.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.
