DESCRIPTION
· Synchronous Buck controller IC in an 8-pin package.
· Designed for step-down DC to DC converter applications.
· Operates with bus voltages from 2V to 25V.
· Single 5V supply operation.
· Optimized for converting 5V bus voltages to outputs as low as 0.8V.
· Can be adapted for other input supplies like 12V with external components.
FEATURES
· Internal frequency of 300kHz for NX2114 and 600kHz for NX2114A.
· Internal digital soft start function.
· Vcc undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for short protection.
· Shutdown capability via pulling the comp pin low.
· Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
· Less than 50 nS dead band for efficient operation.
