DESCRIPTION
· The NX2601 is a triple controller IC featuring a dual-channel synchronous Buck controller and an LDO controller, designed for multiple converters like PCIe graphic card applications.
· It operates from a single 12V supply while maintaining a regulated 5V supply for biasing and internal drivers.
· The two synchronous PWM controllers are 180 degrees out of phase, reducing input ripple current and minimizing the number of input capacitors.
FEATURES
· Programmable frequency range from 200kHz to 1MHz.
· Independent digital soft start and enable pins for each controller, enabling different power sequencing.
· Adaptive driver for optimized efficiency with sufficient deadband.
· Vcc undervoltage lockout and current limiting using Rds-on of external MOSFET with HICCUP feature.
· Bus voltage operation from 2V to 25V.
· Adjustable frequency up to 1MHz per channel.
· Three enable pins for independent power sequencing.
· Compact MLPQ-32L package, Pb-free, and RoHS compliant.
