DESCRIPTION

· The PCA9539 is a 16-bit I/O expander for I²C-bus/SMBus applications, operating at 2.3 V to 5.5 V.

· It features interrupt and reset functionalities, with registers for input, output, configuration, and polarity inversion.

· The device includes an open-drain interrupt output and a reset pin for easy initialization.

· It supports up to four devices on the same bus via configurable address pins A0 and A1.
