DESCRIPTION

· The RT9363 is a high-efficiency, cost-effective charge pump white LED driver.
· It supports up to 3 white LEDs with regulated constant current for uniform intensity.
· Utilizes a x1/x2 charge pump and low dropout current regulators for highest efficiency.
· Allows configuration of each LED current up to 20mA via pulse dimming control.
· Operates within a voltage range of 2.8V to 5.0V.
· Features internal soft start circuitry to reduce inrush current during start-up and mode transition.
· Provides comprehensive protections including short circuit protection.
· Disconnects load from VIN during shutdown with a shutdown current of less than 10 μA.
· Available in a TSOT-23-8 package with a maximum height of 1.0mm.
