DESCRIPTION

· TS2509 is a step-down switching regulator with PWM control and built-in internal PMOS.

· It provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics.

· The PWM control circuit allows a duty ratio from 0% to 100%.

· Includes error amplifier, soft-start, enable, over-current, and short-circuit protection functions.

· Internal compensation and PMOS make it ideal for portable devices with low current consumption.
