DESCRIPTION

· The SC1159 is a synchronous-buck switch-mode controller designed for efficient single-ended power supply applications.
· It features user-selectable hysteresis and is ideal for powering advanced microprocessors like Pentium III and Athlon.
· Includes inhibit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start functions for controlled power-up.
· Integrated 5-bit D/A converter allows output voltage programming from 1.050V to 1.825V in 25mV increments.
· High side driver configurable as ground-referenced or floating bootstrap driver.
· Drivers for high and low side MOSFETs rated at 2 amps peak current.
