· LED driver with resistor-equipped NPN transistor and two diodes on one chip.
· Packaged in medium power SOT223 (SC-73) SMD plastic.
· Available in two types: NCR320Z and NCR321Z.

FEATURES

· Stabilized output current of 10 mA without external resistor.
· Adjustable output current up to 250 mA with external resistor.
· High current accuracy with supply voltage variation.
· Low voltage overhead of 1.4 V.
· Reduces component count and board space.
· High power dissipation of 1250 mW.
· Supports supply voltage up to 16 V.
· NCR321Z supports digital PWM input up to 10 kHz.
· AEC-Q101 qualified.
